Mix Series Part 8: Stazma - Live in Dresden

Stazma The Junglechrist Live Set

Welcome to part 8 of our 2013 mix series. Following on from the last live set we posted (Gore Tech live at MethLab Manchester), we are happy to be bring you a very recent recording from the breakcore messiah, Stazma The Junglechrist, performing live at Disturbance of Peace IX in Dresden on 17th May 2013.  The set itself is a very heavy fusion of metal and breakcore, delivered in Stazma's own unique style.  Just a shame we weren't all there to witness it live.

There's also a cheeky little video of that set here, just in case you wanted to see the lovable, sweaty frenchman doing his thing!.

End.User

We've got some release and tour news for you, concerning the one and only End.User.  Firstly, he has put a good deal of his back catalogue on his bandcamp page (http://www.end-user.bandcamp.com/) and most of it is name your own price.  A great chance to get these classics digitally and at whatever price you see as fair.
Secondly, his latest piece of wax (a sexy little pink number) is on the new Retox imprint and features three stunning pieces that are classic End.User all the way.
The remix of Ritualz Third Eye track is enough to make you weep, in the best way possible.  Check it here...

To coincide with this release, End.User will also be performing at the next Retox event which kicks off his European tour throughout September and October 2013.
More info on that below, but first, give the opening track a blast!

So, onto tour news.  We're happy to announce that due to popular demand, the upcoming End.User tour has been extended for an extra month.  With dates already confirmed for every weekend in September, there's still a chance for you to bag him for events in October.

Current End.User tour dates:

7th September: Rotterdam (NL)
13th September: London (UK)
14th September: Berlin (DE)
21st September: Bristol (UK)
27th September: Manchester (UK)
25th October: Paris (FR)

We're aiming to fill up his diary until the end of October so, get in touch asap if you're interested in having this one man riot destroy your town.  In fact, it's hard to believe there isn't a Halloween show for him yet.  This is your chance to bag a real live American for Halloween (apparently they love that shit over on the sunny side of the pond).

Ninja Columbo

The 9th Niinja Colmbo release is about to drop and what a scorcher it is to!  This ep has monster written all over it.  Three of the highest energy performers that have not long finished touring the planet together have now given Niinja their best choices for an audio riot.

In the words of label owner Miike Teknoist:

"Dr Bastardo has, in my opinion, written the best hardcore track that he’s ever written and realistically, style wise, there is no other label that would be more suited to release such a high energy acid rave jungle core kind of track.

Then there's Skull Vomit, now making some really forward thinking core and this is definitely in the vein of Niinja Columbo. Quite a psychedelic pounder from the American carnage machine.

Finally Ladyscraper goes on a full on breakcore rage and basically just annihilates anything that dares have this track come through its speaker system. Sheer chaos."

You can hear a preview of the Dr.Bastardo track, The Crimson Mask, right here...

Available from The Hardstore, Juno and the rest from Monday 5th August 2013.

We're happy to announce another batch of new breakcore signings to the family.

Please welcome, Ladyscraper and Dr.Bastardo!  Both artists have a long history together with their involvement with such UK crews as Wrong Music, but sonically they definitely both have their own unique sound and their own ways to rupture dancefloors across the globe.  They will also be joining Skull Vomit on Miike Teknoist's next Ninja Columbo release (due out in the next month or two).

But before we get to them, here's some news of one of our other breakcore superstars, Stazma...

Ladyscraper

Coming at you like Phil Anselmo with his cock in one hand and a canvas bag full of Gabber kicks in the other, new MethLab signing Ladyscraper alternates between beating the shit from your bowels and transporting you to lovely fairy castles surrounded by flying unicorns.

So far in 2013, Ladyscraper has released ‘The Witch’ as another free DL album on Grindcore Karaoke.  The legendary Agrophobic Nosebleed posted this about the release ‘This shit is LIGHTYEARS ahead of anything ANB has ever done musically. Grindcore is almost 30 fuckin' years old, it's nice to be listening to something that actually sounds like 2013 for a change’. Following The Witch we have the second free DL Ladyscraper Album of 2013, The Wizard, which will be landing on Rotator’s Peace off imprint late April, followed by a split on Ninja Columbo with Skull Vomit and Dr. Bastardo early summer.

MethLab present.. Biological Tourfare with Gore Tech vs Skull Vomit

This April sees a true clash of breakcore titans as DJ Skull Vomit and Gore Tech go head to head in a battle across Europe. The tour will only be taking place during the last few weeks of April 2013, so get in touch asap to secure your date.

GORE TECH’s sound can be described as Ragga Deathstep utilizing the sounds of Dub, Hardcore and Dancehall crossbred with heavy metal time signatures and overdriven subsonic fusions. Influenced by everything from Electric Wizard to DJ Shadow his style is still yet to settle into an established grove. Currently focusing on the well produced styles of crossbreed and breakcore mutations, his Toxic styles of Jungle and Hardcore are tearing up dance floors all across Europe. Gore Tech's debut EP on Ad Noiseam has already got everyone itchy with anticipation. The Machine Throne EP will drop on March 11th. You have been warned!

SKULL VOMIT, aka Tony Welter has left the Eustachian name behind to concentrate on his 2 still very heavily metal influenced solo projects. One (Singaya), a dubstep driven, electronic grind scuffle and the other, (Skull Vomit) a more fast paced industrial breakcore riot. Either way, the original Eustachian blue print is still present but evolved, adapted and personalized to cover 2 very different but quite closely related bastard children. The debut Skull Vomit album was as it should always be, a monster of an album and split released on the legendary stables of Cock Rock Disco and Peace Off. An example of the sound should now start to grow in your head. Now add the imminent appearances about to drop on Deathchant, Ninja Columbo and a remix for Bong Ra on PRSPCT Records. Now you should really know what to expect. Well, expect that and then turn your expectations up to 11. Okay, now you’re close.

In anticipation of this tour, the boys have kidly done us an exclusive mix showcasing some of their latest aural assaults.  Check it out here...
